1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Mobile Money Moves website ("Site"), services, training materials, or any related digital products (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Mobile Money Moves. Please read them carefully before purchasing any product or using any portion of our Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase any product or use any service offered by Mobile Money Moves. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Purchases & Payment
All purchases are processed by JVZoo, our authorized retailer of record. By submitting a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method for the stated price plus any applicable taxes. Subscription products will be charged on a recurring basis until canceled by you.
Prices and product offerings may change at any time without prior notice. Promotional pricing is offered at our discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
4. Refund Policy
Mobile Money Moves offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all one-time digital product purchases. To request a refund, contact our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of your original purchase date.
For monthly subscription products, you may cancel at any time. Cancellations stop future billing but do not retroactively refund prior months. Refunds are issued at our discretion in cases of billing error or technical access failure.
5. Use of Materials & Intellectual Property
All content provided through the Services — including training videos, written materials, templates, scripts, and software tools — is the intellectual property of Mobile Money Moves and is protected by copyright law and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for your own individual benefit. You may not:
- Copy, redistribute, or resell any portion of the materials
- Share login credentials with others
- Use the materials to create a competing product or training
- Reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works
Unauthorized use of any materials will result in immediate termination of your access without refund and may result in legal action.
6. "Full Access" Definition
When materials are offered with "full access," the term refers to the operational lifetime of the product. The average lifetime of a digital product of this nature, sold at this price point, to be supported is approximately 5 years from the date of original purchase. "Full access" does not guarantee perpetual access beyond the product's operational lifetime.
7. Income & Results Disclaimer
Mobile Money Moves provides educational materials only. We make no guarantee of income, financial success, or specific results. Any income examples shown, mentioned, or referenced in our materials are not typical, average, or guaranteed. Your individual results will vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to your background, experience, effort, market conditions, and circumstances beyond our control.
Statements made by program members, instructors, or any other party should not be interpreted as a promise of income. Building an income-generating business or activity involves risk, and you accept all risk by purchasing and using our Services.
8. No Professional Advice
Content provided through Mobile Money Moves is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not, and should not be construed as, financial, legal, tax, investment, or business advice. You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation before making any business or financial decisions.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Services. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services, servers, or related infrastructure.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users, the business, or third parties.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobile Money Moves, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
12. Affiliate Disclosure
Mobile Money Moves may earn commissions on third-party products mentioned or recommended within our training materials. We only recommend tools and services we believe provide value to our members, but you should always conduct your own evaluation before making any purchase.
13. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
